Stories have the power to create a community and mobilize others for change. At universities across the Northeast region, we have hosted spaces for people to share experiences with bias in medicine, get training on storytelling as advocacy, and become informed on opportunities to advance health justice work. Below are some photos from our first storytelling as advocacy event held at Columbia on Friday, April 15th, 2016 at which we had about 100 people in attendance.
